Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers for various hardware and software issues pertaining to LED lighting products.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues over the phone, email, or in person.
- Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the technical team to escalate complex issues for resolution.
- Log customer interactions and follow up on solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest LED lighting technologies and products of Ecoshift Corporation to effectively support clients.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to provide feedback and support for the betterment of the customer experience within the Wholesale/Distributor sector.
Job Qualifications
- Registered Electrical Engineer with minimal experience are welcome to apply.
- Less than 1 year of experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English, strong teamwork abilities, capable of pre-sale product demonstrations, adept in customer relationship management, and public speaking skills.
- MS Word, Excel & PPT
- Knowledge on operation Auto Cad
- Sketch up & how to operate Dialux 4.13
- At least basic on Dialux Evo
