WARRANTY
Ecoshift Corporation, Suite 405, J&L Building, 251 EDSA Greenhills, Mandaluyong (“Ecoshift”), warrants that all Optilux/Elune Series Products purchased at regular price are covered by this Warranty.
Note: Products purchased under promotions, discounts, or special sale events are not eligible for Warranty coverage.
Coverage and Application
This Warranty applies only to Optilux/Elune Series products manufactured by or on behalf of Ecoshift and bearing an official Ecoshift trademark or product label. Products covered are warranted to be of acceptable quality and free from latent defects.
Warranty Period
Warranty Period
The Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase as reflected on the official Ecoshift Invoice or Receipt.
Warranty Claims
If your product develops a defect within the Warranty Period, you may file a claim by providing proof of purchase. Covered defects include:
Burnt out LED chips causing significant loss of light output
Malfunctioning or unresponsive LED drivers
Loose wiring or detached soldering pins
Claims must be submitted within the Warranty Period through [email protected], via www.ecoshiftcorp.com, or through an authorized Ecoshift representative. Claims without proof of purchase will not be honored.
If the claim is valid, Ecoshift will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same or equivalent model, or issue a refund. Repairs may involve the use of genuine or equivalent refurbished parts. Replacement products or parts are covered only for the remaining duration of the original Warranty Period. If the claim is invalid, Ecoshift reserves the right to charge for assessment, labor, or transport costs.
