The Accounting Assistant whom we seek will be providing clerical support to the Accounting Department. She will be tasked to do file and records keeping, transmittals of documents to other support department personnel, and other tasks as assigned.

Her primary role is to handle postings of Sales Invoices / Sales Slips / sales Orders and the like.

She will also be tasked to assist in updating Client folders and assist in Billings from time-to-time, and assists in Accounts receivables (A/R) from time-to-time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 
  • New Graduates of Accounting or Business Administration are welcome to apply;

Key Job Objective:

Primarily in charge of ensuring that collections are made in an effective and efficient manner.  This includes designing and implementing processes to improve cash flow and reduce receivables.
  1. Confirms payment with client prior to actual delivery and prepare Collection Receipts to be attached to SO and DR that was accomplished by Accounting
  2. Primarily in charge of ensuring collections from clients are done on time
  3. Monitors records of due dates in company database
  4. Contacts customers about payment requirements for both prompt and overdue accounts
  5. Prepares and send additional documentation requirements or certified true copies of SI and DR as requested by clients
  6. Oversees collection schedules and assign routes to Collectors
  7. Prepares Official Receipts to be used by Collectors to receive payment
  8. Accomplishes and send collection letters for past due accounts
  9. Receives actual collection from Collectors at the end of the day together with accomplished
  10. Records SI, OR, DR information and collection amount in Excel file
  11. Turnovers actual collection and supporting documents to HR and Admin Head
  12. Submits collection receipts to Accounting Associate for safekeeping
Performs other related duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Sales Executive. The individual contact prospects who have responded to campaigns, marketing events, websites, phone enquiries and have shown a high level of interest. The individual uses the information on the prospects’ initial responses to ask questions about their needs and timeline for buying. He/She asks prospects if they would like to arrange a meeting with our sales specialists and fix a time. The Sales Lead Generation Specialist then passes the qualified leads to the field sales team to follow up. If any prospects are not ready or willing to commit to a meeting, h/she then e- mail further material to maintain contact and build relationships. Warehouse Coordinator

Key Job Objective:

Warehouse Coordinator works closely with the Warehouse supervisor and Warehouse Head to ensure that operations in the warehouse are properly managed.  This involves assisting in overseeing end-to-end warehouse functions from processing incoming deliveries to be included in the inventory up to sending items to clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and monitoring of sales orders for delivery
2. Monitors accuracy of inventory records based on stock cards, delivery documents and actual count of inventory
3. Sends updated inventory reports to Sales Head used to inform Sales Agents of stock on hand
4. Tracking and safe-keeping of related documents
5. Submits stock summary and pending Sales Orders report to National Sales Director on a weekly basis
6. Performs other related duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino

  • Good verbal , written communication and interpersonal skills
