EcoShift Corporation of Suite 405, J&L Building, 251 EDSA Greenhills, Mandaluyong (“Ecoshift”) warrants that your Optilux/Elune Series Product (“Product”):
Coverage and Application
EcoShift Corporation of Suite 405, J&L Building, 251 EDSA Greenhills, Mandaluyong (“Ecoshift”) warrants that your Optilux/Elune Series Product (“Product”):
- is of acceptable quality;
- does not have a latent defect.
For the purpose of this Warranty, an Optilux/EluneSeries product is a hardware product which:
- was manufactured by or on behalf of Ecoshift; and
- bears a trademark or product label owned or used by Ecoshift.
Warranty Period
- The commencement date for the period is the actual date of acceptance of the product, as reflected on the Invoice / Receipt provided to you.
- The warranty period for your Optilux/Elune Series products covers a period of 1 year on the product purchased
Warranty Claim
- If you consider that the Optilux/Elune Series product which you have purchased has latent defect(s) (for example, it appears faulty, or does not work at all or properly), you can make a claim under this Warranty.
- Latent defect(s) that may be claimed under this Warranty refer to the following instances:
- Burnt out LED Chips (up to 50% less total light output, measured in Lumens, for the entire Optilux/Elune Series product)
- Malfunctioning, burnt out, or unresponsive LED Drivers
- Loose wiring connections
- Detached soldering pins

- When making a claim under this Warranty it is essential that a copy of the corresponding Ecoshift Invoice / Receipt bearing the date and signature of your acceptance of said product(s) in question is provided, whether in person, by email or by fax. A claim under this Warranty is not formally made unless and until that proof of purchase is provided. Benefit of this Warranty without making a claim will not be upheld. A claim must be made within the Warranty Period.
- If, following receipt of a claim under this Warranty, Ecoshift or its agent determine that your claim in respect of an Optilux/Elune Series product is valid, and:
- If the goods can be repaired and the failure to comply with the warranty is not a major failure or a failure of substantial character, Ecoshift or its agent will either repair the Optilux/Elune Series Product, or replace the Optilux/Elune Series Product with the same or similar product or refund you the cost of a replacement, in each case depending upon what is reasonable in the circumstances and at no cost to you. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods; or
- Ecoshift’s preferred approach to resolving claims under this Warranty is set out by product in the tables in Part II of this Warranty, although each claim is assessed on its own merits. If Ecoshift provides you with either a replacement or refund, you immediately transfer ownership in the original Optilux/Elune Series part or product to Ecoshift. If Ecoshift repairs the Product(s), you immediately transfer ownership in any residual parts to Ecoshift. Any such resolution by Ecoshift of a claim under this Warranty by you does not otherwise detract from any other statutory rights which you might have in the circumstances, including your right to monetary compensation for a valid claim.
- If, following receipt of a claim under this Warranty, Ecoshift or its agent determine that your claim in respect of an Optilux/Elune Series product is invalid, Ecoshift may charge you for any labor, parts or transport costs incurred by Ecoshift or its agent in assessing your claim.
Warranty Transferability
- This Warranty is transferable to a subsequent owner of a Optilux/Elune Series product, in the event of the sale of that product, provided that Ecoshift is informed in writing within a reasonable time of the sale of the subsequent owner’s name and contact details, such notice to be provided to Ecoshift as follows:

- any other contact numbers given by your Ecoshift Representative
- The notice should identify the name of the previous owner of the Optilux Series product, place and date of purchase, model, make and serial number of the Product. The effective transfer of this Warranty does not otherwise alter the terms of this Warranty in any way.
- In cases of authorised product or part replacement of the original purchased Optilux Series product, the replacement Optilux Series product or part will be covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.
Warranty Exclusions
- This section identifies what is excluded under this Warranty.
- This Warranty does not extend to:
- damage caused by natural disasters or acts of God, fire, water (except when product is rated as IP67 or IP65 compliant), user error, theft, vermin or insect infestation; any other circumstances beyond EcoShift control
- cosmetic damage such as to the exterior finish;
- minor imperfections within design specification that do not materially alter functionality;
- use of products, equipment, systems, utilities, services, parts supplies accessories, applications, installations, repairs, external wiring or connectors not supplied or authorised by Ecoshift
- misuse or abusive use of the Optilux/Elune Series product
- incorrect voltage or non-authorised electrical connections;
- exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions;
- use of non-authorised/non-standard, defective or incompatible parts;
- any defects not notified to Ecoshift within the Warranty Period.
- repair, modification or other work carried out on the Optilux/Elune Series product other than by Authorized Ecoshift Service Personnel.
